How to order:
- We recommend that you place orders by telephone, FAX, or E-mail. Telephone is normally answered personally 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (CST) and by answering machine at other times. We have a dedicated line for FAX orders which can be received 24 hours a day. FAX number is 972-932-6607 if first number is busy. Orders can also be sent by E-mail. E-mail address is at the top and bottom of most pages and you can complete the on-line order form by clicking here or by clicking "Order Form" at the bottom of this page and all pages containing items for sale.
- Orders can be sent by Mail as well as the above methods.
- Name, address, a daytime telephone number, and the items which you are interested in purchasing should be provided.
